The location is unbeatable in a nice quiet area, very close to the train station, the center, and a supermarket. Everything is excellent, the room is good-sized with a memory foam mattress, and good facilities are available.

The whole experience was excellent, nothing to complain about, couldn't recommend more. The place was clean, our room was extremely spacious and silent. Location: the hotel was just off both the metro-station, Montparnasse and tonsuper market. Spent a nice evening at Sushido, located a few steps away from the venue. Although part of the building is older, the facilities are very good. Comfortable beds, small but equipped kitchen and acceptable bathroom. The best thing for us was that it is only 5 mts from the metro station and 5 mts from a supermarket, so whoever wants to spend the day in Paris but have breakfast and dinner at the accommodation, has it perfect. Very comfortable to travel with children because to move is very easy and with few metro stops. Highly recommended. The swimming pool. If you leave early and come back in the middle of the afternoon, the pool is good to entertain the children until dinner time. We also use the laundry room and it is also quite good.

In the bathroom, despite being spacious and clean, we found it a little uncomfortable that the shower was built into the floor, that is, it was not a shower tray as such but was included in the floor itself but with a little tilt.

A practical option for the visitor on a budget, as you can cook and prepare food for the day of the visit without scratching your pocket too much. There is a supermarket and a frozen food store 2 minutes away, as well as pharmacies, restaurants and other complementary services. Despite not being strictly in the centre, thanks to the metro which is 5-7 minutes away from the hotel you will reach the centre of Paris in about 20-30 minutes. The staff will only attend you in French or English but they are friendly and try to do their best to understand you.

That in a 4-day stay, you don't even get the towels is a failure. That when you arrive you have asked for separate beds and you find a double bed, another fail. It should be noted that the next day we were moved to the room we had requested. The fact that the kitchen area has carpeting is another fail, but I suppose it is something culturally difficult to make certain hotels in Europe understand. Personally, I think that being an aparthotel it should have a laundry service integrated in the room or it should be free for the client who has booked a room for a few days.

Our room was comfortable and warm, with a cozy bed, and the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, supermarket, and a congress venue.

Twin room booked, double given on arrival, changed next morning. Good value, clean with buffet breakfast. Rooms have self-catering facilities. Nearby Italian and Chinese restaurants. Spacious, friendly staff, close to metro. Nice breakfast with fresh baguette, ham, cheese, yogurt, eggs. Kitchen stocked for daily meals, crib and high chair provided. Bathroom with shower stall and mini-bath option. Studio large enough for family. Park with duck pond and playground nearby.

The fact that there is a heated swimming pool is the best thing, although in the summer they should leave it open until a little later, because returning from Paris is almost an hour and a half and since I did not have express surveillance I could stay until 11 am instead of 9:30 am. that there is no offer of stay but breakfast and very small the dining room. regular location, being close to the station, place did not have many services and area was not at all nice. I made a reservation for 12 days and I only stayed for 10. I was charged for the 12 days and their corresponding taxes but there was no cleaning service until we left. right bathroom but small and a bit old. No air conditioning. It was very hot those days.
